Cultured Butter was started in 2016 by Kristie Lee, based on the idea to make really good butter. We started out on our kitchen counter and testing the recipes on our friends. Since then we've moved to our butter making kitchen (and our friends are still new seasonal butter testers) but we keep true to our passion to make really good, small batch butter. We use fresh local and grass fed creams, a healthy bacterial culture and ingredients from our local farmers markets that inspire our seasonal flavours.
